2024 Closed Dates;
Lilac Cottage Kennels and Cattery will be closed on the following dates in 2024 for much needed rest & relaxation periods, dates as follows;
Monday 22nd January until Friday 26th January. Re-open Saturday 27th January
Tuesday 9th April until Sunday 14th April. Re-open Monday 15th April
Saturday 7th September until Tuesday 10th September. Re-open Wednesday 11th September
Monday 4th November until Sunday 17th November. Re-open Monday 18th November

We have 2 Luxury Lodge Kennels available here;
Why not treat and spoil your dog/s stay with us and upgrade to one of our luxury lodge kennels. Please see our lilac luxury lodge page for pictures.

If you would like to view our premises this is now by appointment only as we are often very busy dealing with the animals or seeing our boarding customers in and out, please contact us by phone, text or email to arrange a suitable time to view our premises and facilities. We cannot complete viewings now without prior arrangement.

Please respect our opening hours and do not arrive outside of these hours

We are fully closed to all customers on Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day (no drop off/collection permitted and double rates are applied to each of these 3 days)
We charge a day rate (day in and day out) for all dog & cat boarding, not a per night basis, however if you collect your animals by 10am you will not be charged for that days boarding.
Please note from the 2nd January 2020 onwards all dates/days booked and confirmed for a kennel or cattery pen will be charged in full, regardless if you shorten your holiday/plans and wish to collect your animals sooner than the date specified at the time of booking.
